Content Creator Hub Studio Hire Rules
Please treat the studio, furniture, props, and equipment with care.
Your booking time includes setup, pack-down, cleaning, and exit. Late arrival does not extend your session.
Any items moved during your booking must be returned to their original place before you leave.
The hirer is responsible for all guests, clients, contractors, and attendees during the session.
Children must be supervised at all times. Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance.
The studio must be left clean and tidy. Extra cleaning will incur a minimum $100 cleaning fee.
All equipment must be used correctly and returned in the same condition provided. Any faults or damage must be reported immediately during the session.
If using the cyclorama, please wear the provided shoe covers and do not step on the curved section. Damage to the cyclorama will incur repair charges, with a minimum fee of $300.
Paint is strictly prohibited. Glitter, powder, confetti, smoke effects, food styling materials, liquids, fake tan, body oil, and similar materials are not permitted unless approved in advance.
No nails, screws, tape, blu tack, adhesives, hooks, or mounting materials may be applied to studio surfaces unless approved.
Food and drinks are allowed only in approved areas. Alcohol is permitted only with prior approval.
No smoking, vaping, candles, sparklers, open flames, or flammable materials are allowed unless approved in writing.
Explicit sexual content, illegal activity, unsafe conduct, and disruptive events are not permitted. Tasteful boudoir photography is welcome.
Please keep noise to a reasonable level and do not exceed the approved booking capacity.
Full payment is required to confirm bookings. Refunds are not offered for cancellations. One reschedule may be permitted with at least 48 hours' notice, with credit valid for 30 days.
Overtime is charged at $80 per hour or part thereof, subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply for damage, excessive cleaning, rubbish removal, overtime, missing items, lockouts, or breaches of these rules.
